Hello again, night shy here and welcome back to another ROM hack post if you missed it check out my first ROM hack post, there I talked about the Nintendo entertainment system or New ROM hacks of legend of Zelda 1 & 2, now where heading to the super Nintendo with link to the past. Let's go!
It takes place about two years after the end of Link to the Past. Zelda: Bruce Campbell vs Ganon - This is the first hack by kgp4death. 30 years after Link to the Past, Link is gone and a new hero has to emerge. That hero is the unlikely Ash from the Evil Dead series (most notably Army of Darkness: Evil Dead 3). SushiBrawl rates this game: 5/5. For being on the Super Nintendo, this is a really awesome game. Zelda: A link to the past is the third game in the series and it's already kicking butt with it's world traveling, dungeon exploring, item upgrades, monster slaying, princess saving epicness. Welcome to the Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past Walkthrough. The walkthrough below is a complete 100% A Link to the Past walkthrough that will cover a full run through of the entire game, including strategies for all bosses and dungeons, the collection of all heart pieces, upgrades, and guides that take you through the entirety of the game.
parallel worlds
This ROM hack has a newly formed link width look really cool
And the maps locations seem to be original, I'm not 100% sure if they are let me know down in the comments. And what I found neat is they you the location on the bottom left
If you haven't played it GET ON THAT it really cool and fun!!
IQ test
Sadly, I couldn't find an image for this one :worried: but this is... Pretty interesting. So, it basically a bunch off puzzles, which when I first played this I thought it was cool that is..........until I got to the first dungeon which is a warp maze. Now, the idea was cool but it took far to long like about 27 minutes, the 2nd and 3rd dungeons aren't really that good either, the 2nd one having you fall down holes into rooms with more holes and the 3rd one has you push a block from point A to point B. Now, I'm not really that good with Zelda games but for me they were very time consuming, so your good at Zelda link to the past, or Zelda games in general, this would be fun...maybe
Bruce Campbell vs ganon

Ooooooook. So I heard of this one before playing it, but I have no idea who this 'Bruce Campbell' guy is. But besides that this game isn't all that good so of the physics are broken, the dialogue sucks, and the game play is just really bad!! Like one time I had to get past gap by and explosion of a bomb wwwwhyyyyyy :triumph: :triumph: :triumph: :triumph: :triumph: overall this ROM hacks suck, didn't spend too much time with this, so....don't play. Oh and feel free to tell me more about this Bruce Campbell guy.
And that wraps up this part of the post, now not all of these were the best compare to the NES ones but they were all interesting.
With that I'll see you next Sunday with the n64 ROM hacks, and there really good
Until the cya all in the next post
Bye-Bye
A Link To The Past Game Hacks
“The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Redux” is a fork of Conn & qwertymodo’s A Link to the Past DX hack that further modifies the game to include changes to accommodate the game into the overall franchise, as well as renaming stuff badly translated and making changes for characters with official artwork not matching with the sprites/palettes in-game.
Alttp Rom Hacks
This version aims to keep consistence with the overall franchise, along with converting some of the odd palette/sprite choices that didn’t match the original artwork of the game.
Some of the changes are:
As of v2.0, the Ice Palace new layout has been fixed to have 3 movable blocks in the new section. There was one movable block unused in one other Dungeon layout found in Room 240. (Why was it there?)
For v5.0, the final bug (palette shared between green soldiers and King of Hyrule) has been fixed. Thanks to Conn for this!
Besides the previous changes mentioned, some uncensored changes have been included too, as well as restoring some unused content.
These changes focus on restoring censored content from A Link to the Past (J) and unused content for both ROMs (U and J). Some of the new content includes:
Additionally, as of version 7.0, two more existing hacks have been implemented into Redux to up the experience:
Link To The Past Walkthrough
And for v7.5 and v8.0, thanks to RH user rainponcho, the bug with the Bunny palette and also the glitch with the LR Item switch for New GFX have been both fixed as well! Thank you so much, rainponcho!
A Link To The Past Best Rom Hacks
Please refer to the A Link to the Past DX hack page by qwertymodo and Conn for more information on additional ASM changes over the original A Link to the Past (including L/R Item Switch).

NOTE:There are two folders inside the RAR. One called only “Redux” which is ALttP with the normal item menu and the new Item Switch with L/R buttons, and a second called “Redux New GFX” which is ALttP with the new inventory graphics. Choose the one which fits your liking, just don’t mix them up.
